  • How do I Sign up?
  • If you already have an account with Startpe, you only have to accept Startpe Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice when signing in on a non-Startpesite that accepts Startpe. There is no separate registration process.

  • Am I protected when I use Startpe?
  • If there are ever unauthorized Startpe charges against your payment method, you can dispute the charge with us. You must notify us as quickly as possible, and no later than 13 months after the date of the transaction. Unless you have acted fraudulently or with negligence, you may not be held responsible for the charge. When you use Startpe for qualified purchases on third-party websites, the condition of the item that you buy and its timely delivery may be guaranteed under the Startpe . If you submit payment for a product or service and you do not receive the item or it is materiall different than advertised by the merchant, you can dispute the transaction and request reimbursement at support@startpe.com with all prove, transaction receipt ,invoice ,etc.

  • Is my payment information shared with merchants?
  • We don't share your full credit card, debit card, or bank account number with merchants who accept Startpe. We share with the merchant the payment information that is required to complete and support your transaction, which may include the last four digits of your card number and the card type.

  • What payment methods can be used with startpe?
  • Any of the payment methods available in your Startpe account can be used with Startpe. Note that Startpe.com reward wallet entered into your Startpe account can be used when making purchases only with Startpe on third-party websites.

  • What does it cost me to use startpe?
  • It costs you nothing. Using Startpe adds no fees to your transaction with the merchant. Your purchase incurs no transaction fee, no membership fee, no currency conversion fee, no foreign transaction fee, and no other fees. Your card issuer, however, may add a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the merchant's, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.

    If you can enter your account email address and password, but you cannot complete your purchase, check that your payment method is set up correctly.
    If your payment method is set up correctly, check that you have updated your browser's settings to allow third-party cookies. If the option is turned on and you still cannot complete your purchase, get in touch with us by using the support@startpe.com form on the Startpe website.

  • After sign in the Startpe account then select Booking option choose flight booking/ Bus booking/ Hotel booking select desired column and book Flight ticket/Bus ticket/Hotel booking.

  • After sign in startpe account press on Mobile Recharge(Prepaid/postpaid) /Bill payment /DTH/select then enter your Mobile number/CA number/DTH number in desired field accordingly fill your state, operator and amount you can choose your plan through browse plan after fill of these columns then press on proceed/continue and pay with your reward wallet or through payment gateway.
