This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of StartPe's services, encompassing recharges, bill payments, flight and bus bookings, hotel reservations, and other features offered from time to time (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, the User (defined as any registered user or visitor) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Continued use of the Services constitutes reaffirmation of this agreement. StartPe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use to stay informed of any updates.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and utilize StartPe's Services. By registering, Users represent and warrant that they possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Impersonation of any individual or entity is strictly prohibited. StartPe retains the right to terminate user accounts and restrict access to the Services, with or without notice, particularly in cases of suspected underage use or misrepresentation. B2C user registration is currently offered free of charge. StartPe reserves the right to modify its fee policy at any time. Users are obligated to provide accurate and current information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users agree to receive transaction-related SMS messages and emails from StartPe. Registration does not guarantee continuous service, and StartPe may terminate registrations at its discretion.
Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, or share on StartPe. StartPe does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of user-generated content and is not liable for any offensive or objectionable material encountered by Users. Users represent and warrant that their content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary1 rights. Users agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
Users agree not to sell, trade, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users agree to comply with the Information Technology Act and other applicable Indian laws and regulations.
All content on StartPe, including text, graphics, images, and videos, is the proprietary property of StartPe, its users, or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
StartPe may, at its discretion, temporarily or permanently deny, limit, suspend, or terminate the Services for reasons including, but not limited to: abuse of service rights, breach of these Terms of Use, violation of applicable laws, harm to StartPe or third parties, use of the Services for illegal activities, or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information. Upon termination, StartPe retains the right to utilize user-provided or collected information.
Users agree to indemnify and hold StartPe, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Services, breach of these Terms of Use, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
StartPe shall not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from the use of the Services, even if StartPe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
StartPe is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.
StartPe's logos and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Users may choose to store their credit/debit card details in StartPe's PCI DSS-compliant vault for future transactions. Users can delete their card details from the vault at any time. StartPe reserves the right to transfer vault credentials to other PCI DSS-compliant service providers.
Displayed MRPs include GST. Recharge tariffs are subject to change by the service provider. StartPe is not responsible for changes in tariff plans.
StartPe may amend these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these documents.
Users must complete KYC verification to access StartPe's reward system. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination. A list of acceptable Officially Valid Documents is provided.
StartPe collects user information to personalize and enhance the user experience. StartPe may analyze collected information for business purposes and use anonymous information for any purpose.
StartPe will only share user information as described in the Privacy Policy. StartPe employs security measures to protect user information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users may opt out of receiving newsletters or participating in certain features.
Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other offers.
Rewards earned through StartPe are subject to specific terms and conditions and can only be used for purchases within the StartPe platform.
Disputes arising under this agreement should be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution cannot be reached, StartPe may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Purnea, Bihar, India.
This document constitutes the complete agreement between the User and StartPe regarding the use of the Services. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using StartPe's Services.
