StartPe offers these services, which includes the recharge services, Bill payment ,Flight Booking ,Bus Booking &Hotel Booking sale of subscription of various TELCO, airlines, etc .operators and any other features, content, or applications from time to time to its registered users. By visiting or accessing our "Services", the "User" (which means registered user as well as visitor) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions and "User" acceptance of this agreement is reaffirmed each time "User" accesses the service. StartPe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. The "User" shall re-visit the 'Terms of Use' link from time to time to stay abreast of any changes that StartPe may introduce.
The "User" shall be at least 18 years of age or over to register and avail the services of StartPe. "User" represents and warrants that he/she has the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms of usage of this Agreement. The "User" shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. - StartPe may terminate the registration of the "User", and any content or information that "User" has posted on StartPe and/or prohibit "User" from using or accessing the Service (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service) for any reason including the reasons stated above, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if it believes that you are under 18 years of age.
Membership or registration is free for all the B to C users .Startpe does not charge any fee or membership for creating an account or use of services .Startpe reserves right to vary its fee policy from time to time or any time. The "User" shall agree to provide true, accurate and current information about him/her, as prompted by the registration form of StartPe. The "User" shall agree to maintain the security of his/her password and identification; maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information the "User" provides to the StartPe, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and shall be fully responsible for all use of account and for any actions that take place using the "User" account. The "User" agrees to receive transaction related SMSs from the "Site". - The "User" agrees to receive newsletters, information & transaction related Emails from the StartPe. - The "User" acknowledges that registration does not guarantee continued or continuous service and also acknowledges that StartPe may terminate the registration at any point of time with or without notice. StartPe reserves the right to delete any information and to restrict any and all future use, if it suspects that the information provided by the "User" is false and inaccurate. - While registering, the user will choose a password and security question is responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the password and account. The user is fully responsible for all activities that occur while using their password or account. It is the duty of the user to notify StartPe immediately of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. StartPe will not be liable for any loss that may be occurred due to any result of unauthorized use of their password or account, either with or without their knowledge. User Conduct. The "User" shall understand that all content (information, data, text, photographs, videos, music, graphics and/or other materials) hosted/viewed on StartPe are the sole responsibility of the "User" from whom such content assigned. StartPe does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity and quality of such contents. The "User" must also understand that it is possible for him/her to receive contents that is offensive, objectionable or indecent. StartPe will not be liable for any error or any negative effect/result of such content whatsoever. - The "User" represent, warrants and agrees that no materials of any kind submitted through "User" account or otherwise posted or shared by "User" through StartPe will violate the rights of any other site, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise un-lawful material. - The "User" further agrees that he/she shall not use the Service in any un-lawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or disrupt the service, servers, system, site or networks connected to the service. - Users shall recognize that they have the responsibility of evaluating and the risks associated with the content's (that is shared and used) reliability accuracy, usefulness, purpose and comprehensiveness. Any use of StartPe other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the registration granted herein.
Not withstanding any remedies that may be available under any Applicable Law, Startpe may temporarily or permanently deny, limit, suspend, or terminate the Services provided to You, if Startpe believes that: (1) You have abused Your rights to use the Services; or (2) You are in breach of this Terms or Privacy Policy; or, (3) You have performed any act or omission that violates any Applicable Law, rules, or regulations; or, (4) You have performed any act or omission which is harmful or likely to be harmful to Startpe, or any other third party, including other users or suppliers of Startpe or the service providers; or, (5) You made use of the Services to perform an illegal act, or for the purpose of enabling, facilitating, assisting or inducing the performance of such an act; or, (6) You made any confidential and/or proprietary information pertaining to the Startpe and/or the Services public without the prior written consent of Startpe. You agree that notwithstanding the termination, Startpe will continue to be entitled to use the information supplied by You or collected from You during thse use and access of the Services by You.
You agree to defend and indemnify Startpe, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your use of the Services.
StartPe is not to be held liable for special, consequential, incidental, indirect or punitive loss, damage or expenses , data, loss of facilities, or equipment or the cost to recreate lost data regardless of whether arise out of a breach of contract, warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Unless otherwise expressly stated, Startpe’s display of specific options does not suggest a recommendation by Startpe of the providers or their ALL Services( Recharge ,Bill payment,Hotel,flight,Bus booking)options, products or services. Startpe generates Promotional codes from time to time which may be availed on the Site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotional Codes for receiving discounts can be availed only if correct and full details (of the promotional code) are filled in at the time of making the booking. In case if the customer fails to enter the promocode before making the booking, the company shall not be liable to give any credit to the customer after the booking has been made. Considering there are multiple promotional offers running on the site, user can avail the benefit of only one offer at a time. No two promotional codes can be combined at the time of making a booking. Promotional discounts are applied only on the base amount for Hotels. Discounts are not applicable for any additional components including taxes. On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional startpe cancellation charge of 12 or Rs.450, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy. For startpe bookings, startpe cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted.
These terms and conditions regulate the use of Startpe issued Closed wallet offered by Wagemart services Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Purnea Bihar -854303 (hereinafter referred to as ”Startpe”).By using a reward you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
After first successful transaction through startpe app/website user may/may not get some reward in reward wallet within 2 working day ,which will not transferable to bank and other account only can re-purchase services through startpe after putting KYC . But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery of reward can be delayed by up-to 72 hours.

Startpe is not responsible if a reward is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Startpe will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained reward is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Startpe platform. Startpe fraud prevention policies will cover the reward and redemption on Startpe platform. Transactions that are deemed suspicious by fraud prevention policies may be disallowed by Startpe. Startpe reserves the right to cancel fraudulently obtained / reward and put restrictions on suspicious accounts as deemed appropriate by our fraud prevention systems.
If any dispute, controversy or claim arises under this Agreement or in relation to any Startpe Service or the Startpe Platform, including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement or T&Cs (hereinafter Dispute), the parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to resolve such Dispute amicably. If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute amicably within 30 days of the notice of such Dispute, Startpe may elect to resolve any Dispute by a binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter Act). Such Dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The Dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator, appointed in accordance with the Act. The seat of the arbitration shall be purnea and the language of this arbitration shall be English.
Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, You agree that any claim or dispute You may have against Startpe must be resolved by a court having jurisdiction in Purnea Bihar, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Purnea,Bihar, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement
